POS INTERFACE  

The Cahill cash register POS/EAS interface helps bridge the gap between retail stores POS system with their security tag (EAS) system. SAFETY DRILL

The idea behind the smart drill is to protect the consumer from creating a potentially dangerous situation by drilling into live wires resulting in severe damage injury or even death. Once the drill detects the presence of energized cables it shuts down prior to penetrating the cable. The idea behind the smart Smoke Alert System is to alert the consumer in multiple ways in the event of a fire or other emergency in the home or hotel environment. There is a night light version for the home and a clock radio version for a hotel/motel environment. The clock radio version has a vibrator adapter to alert those who are hard of hearing. Carbon Monoxide Car Cut Off Device

The Cahill Vehicle Carbon Monoxide cut off device saves lives by cutting out a cars engine after a minute of warning the driver to pull over safely when  the amounts of CO inside the car exceed EPA guidelines of 100 ppm.

Truck Driver Sleep Detector

The idea behind the Truck Driver sleep detector is to sound an alarm when the driver has closed his eyes for a period of more than a second. The system uses state of the art usb cameras to detect blinking to an accuracy of 86%.

Firemans Safety Glove

The idea behind the fireman’s safety glove is to identify a hot spot on either a wall or door before entering. The glove has a built-in  temperature sensor and has a dual red green led on the back to indicate either a hotspot or safe to proceed situation.

In Car Cell phone Deactivator

 

The idea behind the in-car cell phone deactivator is to disable a youths or any cell phone while the car is in motion. This idea is backed by the national highway association and Dept of Transportation.

Each year, more than 5,000 teens (ages 16-20) are killed in passenger vehicle crashes. Source DOT Cell phone use and texting while diving is one of the leading distractions and causes of death for teens while driving. The in-car deactivator device disables the cell phone until the vehicle is turned off. This technology uses either Bluetooth or a hardwired system depending on the cell phone.
